What information do you collect and how do you use it?

During your visit to our site and while you browse, we gather general statistical data on the pages visited, average page view time, popular pages by number of unique visitors, and error pages a visitor may view. Our server also gathers data on your internet provider, the operating system, and the internet browser you use. During these times, we do not collect any personal data whatsoever. This data is collected so that we may track how the site is used and ways we can improve the site to offer the best customer experience with little errors.

A visitor to our site has the option to submit contact information to us. We offer newsletters, feedback forms, and contact forms that are used internally for their designed purpose. Any visitor who wishes to make a purchase must submit billing and shipping information to place an order. We do not trade services for or sell any information to any third-parties. This information will only be used internally for the fulfilling of orders, responding to customer comments, and communicating with customers, including marketing campaigns.

Credit card numbers, expiration dates, and card security/verification numbers are not stored on the our server at any time during or after the checkout process. This information is processed by a bank using a 128-bit SSL connection and at no time is transmitted to our offices.

We reserve the right to release information or data collected at the request of federal, state, or local law enforcement officials when a proper subpoena document is provided to us. Only specific information or data requested will be released. All other information or data not defined will be withheld.

How secure is the information transmitted between a visitor and your site?

All information is kept on a 128-bit encrypted server to protect the user's data and personal information during the checkout process. Our encryption certificate is issued by GeoTrust. To verify our certificate at any time, click on any GeoTrust verification button on our site. We perform a scheduled back-up of the customer database in order to prevent data loss. This database information is stored on a stand-alone drive in a secure location that is not part of any network, framework, or internet connection.
